Return & Refund Conditions

Customers must make an unboxing/open video of the parcel at the time of delivery. This is mandatory for any return or refund claim.

Refunds are only applicable in case of:

Wrong item received

Damaged item received

Defective product

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags/packaging.

Refund claims without a parcel opening video will not be entertained.

Our team will verify your claim and guide you through the return process.

Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit.
